Bob Ebrahimzadeh

Chair of the Labour & Employment Law Chapter

 

Bob Ebrahimzadeh is a sole practitioner in Employment & Labour law representing both  employers and individual employees since his call to the bar in 2003. He is a member  of the Law Society of Ontario. Prior to private practice, Bob articled at the Ministry of  the Attorney General for Ontario, Legal Services Branch, Management Board  Secretariat in the Labour/Employment group.

Before a career in law, Bob was a federal public servant with the government at Global  Affairs Canada and Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada. He served as a  diplomat at Canada’s embassies in the Philippines and People’s Republic of China.

Bob was a publicly appointed Member (part-time) of the Council of the Ontario College  of Pharmacists. He served for there for ten years, most notably as the Chair of the  Discipline Committee.

Bob is currently a member of both the Iranian Canadian Legal Professionals and the  Ontario Bar Association. Bob’s community involvement includes having served on the  Board of Directors of the York Region Children’s Aid Society, as well as Promoting  Education and Public Health (PEACH) a non-profit organization serving in the Jane Finch community of Toronto.

Bob received his LL.B. from the University of British Columbia and his Bachelor of Arts  (Honours Sociology) from the University of Western Ontario.
